Silicon Valley Field Trip!
Dear Parents & Students:
We are very excited to present to your son/daughter the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Silicon Valley; Technology Field Trip scheduled for February 12-16 2015!
Technology students from grades 10-12 will be travelling to San Francisco to see some of the industry leaders in technology! See the proposed iternary for full details
The cost of the trip will be $2000.00 which includes airfare, hotel, breakfast, dinner, security at the hotel and admission to all attractions and more. Fund raising opportunities will be available.
There is limited space available therefore, students in the areas of technology will be offered this opportunity on a first come first served basis.
This field trip will be planned using the educational tour company; Education Tours Inc. ETI; along with the school will be holding a parent informational meeting at the beginning of October. (date to be announced).
In order to secure you son/daughter a spot on this trip, please return the parent permission form signed along with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The $50.00 non-refundable deposit is to secure a seat on the flight. The deposit will be applied towards the balance of the trip.
The permission form and deposit need to be brought in no later than THRUSDAY, September 25, 2014.

There is an important meeting after school on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 in room 161 The meeting will be about 30 mins to an hour in length. Please sign up for the cab in the office if you need to get a ride home.
This is a MANDATORY MEETING. ALL ATTENDEES must be present.
Things to bring with you;
Your 3rd installment check if you haven't already done so.
Photocopy of your PASSPORT.
And any outstanding forms signed by your parents. See Ms. Gayowsky if you are unsure what forms are outstanding.
